On June 9, 2026, a competition was announced to fill vacant positions at the State Institution “Institute of Nuclear and Radioactive Materials Science and Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine”.
On June 13, 2026, the Competition Commission processed the submitted documents, background information provided by the candidates, conducted interviews with the applicants, elected a counting commission to conduct a secret ballot and made the following decision:
- To consider Pokshevnytska T.V. (“for” – 9 people; “against” – 0 people; “abstain” – 0 people) as having passed the competitive selection for the position of senior researcher in the department of radioactive waste management problems and to submit the decision of the competition commission for approval by the Academic Council of the Institute.
- To consider Pecheny V.L. (“for” – 9 people; “against” – 0 people; “abstain” – 0 people) as a candidate who has passed the competitive selection for the position of junior research fellow in the Department of Ecological Geology and Thermodynamics of Geospheres and to submit the decision of the competition commission for approval by the Academic Council of the Institute.
