There is an “Electronic Trust Box” (igns.tech@gmail.com) at the “IGNS NAS of Ukraine” State University, to which you can send your suggestions (remarks), statements (requests) and complaints to ensure the full functioning and improvement of the Institute’s activities , quality of education, violation of one’s rights, as well as to inform about the possible existence of a conflict situation in the team (hereinafter – Referral). The appeal is sent in the form of an electronic document, on which a qualified electronic signature is affixed in accordance with the requirements of the laws of Ukraine “On electronic documents and electronic document management” and “On electronic identification and electronic trust services”.
We draw your attention to the fact that the Appeal must refer to evidence that can confirm or deny certain situations and violations. Evidence is any data, on the basis of which the presence or absence of circumstances (facts) justifying the claims and objections of the applicant, and other circumstances that are important for the resolution of the Appeal, is established. Electronic evidence is submitted in the form of an electronic copy of the original document, on which a qualified electronic signature is affixed in accordance with the requirements of the laws of Ukraine “On electronic documents and electronic document management” and “On electronic identification and electronic trust services”.
All messages will be processed in accordance with the norms of the Law of Ukraine on Citizen Appeals and other legislative acts issued in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine on Citizen Appeals.

The management of the Institute of Scientific Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the heads of structural units of the Institute are obliged to regularly conduct information and educational campaigns aimed at:
raising the level of awareness of the workforce and students of higher education regarding the prevention of conflicts, in particular, those related to bullying, mobbing, sexual harassment, oppression, discrimination, etc.;
prevention of conflict situations; identification of conflict situations; settlement of conflict situations.
To this end, we ask employees to familiarize themselves with the Regulations in force at the Institute:

Also, the “Regulations on the Commission on Labor Disputes” of the “IGNS of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” are in force at the institute. The commission on labor disputes is the mandatory primary body for consideration of labor disputes that arise, with the exception of disputes specified in articles 222, 232 of the Code of Laws of Ukraine “On Labor”. A labor dispute is subject to consideration by the commission on labor disputes, if the employee, on his own or with the participation of a trade union organization representing his interests, did not settle the differences during direct negotiations with the administration. An employee can apply to the commission for labor disputes within three months from the day when he learned or should have learned about the violation of his right.
