First-year graduate students Serhiy Chornonog and Artem Voznyshchuk began the “Methodology of Scientific Research” course, taught by Doctor of Geological Sciences Osmachko Lyubov.
The first lecture was devoted to the topic “Structure of Ecological Geology as a Science and Basic Concepts”. During the course, the postgraduate students got acquainted with the main areas of ecological geology, its place in modern research and key terms that define the relationship between the geological environment and ecosystems.
The course is aimed at developing in postgraduate students fundamental knowledge of scientific methodology, which is a necessary basis for conducting their own research in the field of geological sciences.
